St Mary's Cathedral - open, inclusive, welcoming

Dear [First Name]

Just a reminder that the AGM of St Mary's Cathedral takes place tomorrow 22 November 2015 after the 1030 Sung Eucharist. All the reports including now the financial papers are available in the Annual Report which is on the website here:
http://thecathedral.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/Final-report-2015-v3.pdf

Tomorrow's Sung Eucharist will be celebrated for the Feast of Christ the King and will include three baptisms. In the evening we are celebrating St Cecilia patron saint of music with a special evensong during which we will pray for and give thanks for musicians.

Next weekend there's the special event on Saturday 28 November 2015 at 7 pm called "Refugees Welcome". This will be an evening of reflection, stories and hope.

Next Sunday sees the start of the new church year with Advent Sunday on 29 November 2015 and there will be a special Advent Carol Service in the evening at 6.30 pm instead of Choral Evensong.

The following week there's the World Christmas Fair on 5 December 2015.

Best regards

KELVIN

The Very Rev Kelvin Holdsworth
Provost of St Mary's Cathedral, Glasgow

PS - Don't forget that this week is the week that the Scottish Episcopal Church counts who is in its churches. You need to turn up in church on 22 November 2015 to be counted!
